The FOCUWAY D2-Duo offers two parking modes to ensure 24-hour monitoring: collision detection mode and time-lapse recording mode. In collision detection mode, the dash cam automatically activates and records a 30-second emergency video when it detects a collision while parked. In time-lapse recording mode, the dash cam continues recording even after the engine is off, operating with low power consumption by capturing one frame per second. To utilize the parking mode feature, you'll need the hardwire kit (B0BG5DM5CL).
The advanced STARVIS sensor significantly enhances the dash camera's night vision capability. Combined with the improved f/1.5 large aperture lens and WDR/HDR technology, it ensures excellent visibility during night driving, especially when capturing license plate numbers under low-light conditions.
The seamless loop recording feature continuously replaces the oldest videos with the newest, ensuring uninterrupted recording even when the TF card is full. Videos locked by the G-sensor are safeguarded from being overwritten. For optimal performance, we recommend formatting the TF card every two weeks.
