How to Set Up the Dash Cam: 1. Park your car in a safe area and turn off the engine. 2. Clean the windshield. 3. Remove the protective sticker from the electrostatic sticker and install it in the recommended area on the windshield. 4. During installation, remove any air bubbles between the electrostatic sticker and the windshield. 5. Remove the protective sticker on the Dash Cam bracket and attach the Dash Cam to the center of the electrostatic sticker.
3" IPS Screen: The car dashcam features a 3" IPS LCD display, providing a clear view without obstructing the road ahead.
24H Parking Monitor & G-Sensor: The car dash cam's parking surveillance mode automatically powers on and records protected video when it detects a collision (this feature requires a hardwire kit). The built-in adjustable G-Sensor helps capture emergency footage and automatically locks the footage.
OTA Firmware Update: The typical way to upgrade the dashcam is to download the firmware to a memory card, insert it into the recorder, and boot up the firmware update. However, this process can lead to update failure. After the update is complete, it's recommended to delete the firmware update file to avoid running another update upon the next boot-up.
Zoom In: Although the dash cam records in 4K, the details may not be visible on a mobile phone screen. The Zoom In feature allows you to view the footage in greater detail.
Frame by Frame Video Playback: If your video is too long, you can use the app's online editing function to save only the key parts you want.

No sound in the video: 1) Check if the "Microphone" is turned off in the Recording settings, and 2) Turn the "Microphone" on.
